Bookings - Payments
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is to be payed at booking. Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Villa Kynthia at time of stay (by credit card or bank transfer)
Credit cards accepted by Villa Kynthia: Mastercard, Visa
Minimum stay 4 nights
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation conditions: Normally 30 days before arrival- full refund . At this late time in addition, the deposit is not refundable but may be freely transferred to any future booking if government travel restrictions or property closure prevents your stay.
For any cancellation less than 5 days before arrival or if the stay is less than the number of days booked, we will charge the Full Balance but may be freely transferred to any future booking if government travel restrictions or property closure prevents your stay.
